This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how tayaevo ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects the personal information of users ("Player," "you," or "your") who access or use the tayaevo online gaming platform at tayaevo.vip and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform"). - Financial Data: Payment method details (e.g., GCash mobile number, Maya account reference, bank account name and number for BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or UnionBank), deposit and withdrawal transaction records, and account balance history.

- Technical Data: IP address, device type and operating system, browser type and version, session duration, pages visited, and platform navigation patterns collected automatically via server logs and analytics tools.

- To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, money laundering, and other illegal or prohibited activities
- To administer bonuses, promotions, and loyalty program benefits
- To provide customer support and respond to your inquiries and complaints
- To send transactional communications (e.g., deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, security alerts) — these are not marketing messages and cannot be opted out of while your account is active

5. Legal Basis for Processing
tayaevo processes your personal data on the following legal grounds as recognized under the DPA:
- Contractual Necessity: Processing necessary to fulfil our obligations under the tayaevo Terms and Conditions, including account management, payment processing, and game operation.
- Legal Obligation: Processing required to comply with Philippine law, including AML obligations, KYC requirements, and applicable PAGCOR directives.
- Legitimate Interests: Processing necessary for fraud prevention, platform security, and analytics to improve our service, where such interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Consent: Processing for marketing communications and non-essential cookies, where your consent has been obtained. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time.
6. Sharing and Disclosure of Your Data
tayaevo does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share your data with the following categories of recipients only where strictly necessary:
- Payment Processors: GCash (Mynt), Maya (PayMaya Philippines), BancNet, and other payment infrastructure providers, solely to process your financial transactions.
- KYC and AML Providers: Identity verification service providers engaged to assist with age verification, identity checks, and AML screening.
- Game Software Providers: JILI Games, PG Soft, SA Gaming, Evolution Gaming, and other licensed game studios receive anonymized session data necessary to operate their games on the Platform. These providers do not receive your identity or financial data.
- Regulatory Authorities: We may disclose your data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the NPC, or law enforcement agencies where required by law or valid legal process.
- Platform Infrastructure Providers: Cloud hosting and CDN providers who process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements that prohibit independent use of your data.
All third parties with whom tayaevo shares personal data are required to process such data in accordance with the DPA and are prohibited from using it for any purpose beyond the specific function for which it was shared.
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
tayaevo uses the following types of cookies and similar technologies on the Platform:
- Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for the Platform to function, including session management, login state, and security tokens. These cannot be disabled.
- Functional Cookies: Remember your preferences such as language settings and display options to improve your experience. These can be disabled, though doing so may affect Platform functionality.
- Analytics Cookies: Collect anonymized data on how players navigate the Platform to help us identify areas for improvement. tayaevo uses first-party analytics only — we do not use Google Analytics or other third-party analytics services that track users across external websites.
tayaevo does not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or any cross-site tracking technologies. You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings, though disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from using the Platform.
8. Data Security
tayaevo implements the following technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data:
- 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit between your device and the Platform
- AES-256 encryption for sensitive data at rest in our databases
- Two-factor authentication (2FA) available for all player accounts
- Automatic session timeout after a period of inactivity
- Role-based access controls restricting internal access to personal data on a need-to-know basis
- Regular security audits and penetration testing of Platform infrastructure
- Device recognition and anomalous login detection with real-time alerts
While tayaevo employs industry-standard security measures, no system is completely immune to breach. In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in serious harm to affected players, tayaevo will notify the NPC and affected players within the timeframes required by the DPA.
9. Data Retention
tayaevo retains personal data for the following periods:
- Account and Identity Data: For the duration of your account plus five (5) years following account closure, as required by Philippine AML regulations.
- Financial Transaction Data: Five (5) years from the date of each transaction, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
- Gaming Activity Logs: Three (3) years from the date of each session, for dispute resolution and regulatory compliance purposes.
- Customer Support Communications: Two (2) years from the date of each interaction, for quality assurance and dispute resolution purposes.
- Technical and Analytics Data: Thirteen (13) months from collection, on a rolling basis.
Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data will be securely deleted or anonymized such that it can no longer be associated with any individual.
10. Your Rights Under the Data Privacy Act
As a data subject under the Philippine Data Privacy Act, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by tayaevo:

11. Children's Privacy
The tayaevo Platform is strictly prohibited for persons under the age of 21. tayaevo does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 21 years of age. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, we will immediately close the associated account, delete all collected data, and, where applicable, refund any deposits to the original payment method. 12. Third-Party Links
The tayaevo Platform may contain references to third-party game providers or services. This Privacy Policy applies solely to data collected by tayaevo through the Platform. tayaevo is not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party services and encourages you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access independently.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
tayaevo reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or Platform features. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent Platform notice at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date. The most current version of this Policy will always be available at tayaevo.vip/privacy-policy. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
