📋 tayaevo Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and tayaevo ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the tayaevo online gaming platform accessible at tayaevo.vip and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform"). Please read these Terms carefully in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register for or use the tayaevo Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using the tayaevo Platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all documents incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the tayaevo Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such amendments.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the tayaevo Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. tayaevo strictly enforces the Philippine minimum gambling age of 21 years. Persons under the age of 21 are absolutely prohibited from registering or using the Platform.
• You must be a natural person of legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of tayaevo or any of its affiliated software providers or game studios.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the tayaevo Platform for any reason.

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all of the above eligibility conditions are satisfied and will remain satisfied for the duration of your use of the Platform. tayaevo reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification purposes.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account. Each individual player may register and maintain only one (1) tayaevo account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to promptly update such information if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account suspension.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. You agree to notify tayaevo immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. tayaevo is not liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.4 KYC Verification. tayaevo is required to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth card, passport, or driver's license) and proof of ownership of your registered payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. tayaevo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) via the following methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Supported methods are subject to change at tayaevo's discretion.

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your tayaevo account within minutes of confirmation. Processing times for bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank) may vary depending on the banking institution and the time of the transaction.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed during tayaevo support hours (9:00 AM – 11:00 PM PHT, 7 days a week). Standard processing time is one (1) to three (3) business days following KYC verification completion. tayaevo reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering. tayaevo complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. tayaevo reserves the right to suspend, delay, or decline any transaction that triggers its AML monitoring procedures. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 tayaevo may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements disclosed at the time the offer is communicated to the player.

5.2 Wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before satisfying wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.

5.3 tayaevo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except as otherwise expressly stated in the specific offer terms.

5.4 Players found to have abused, exploited, or manipulated bonus systems — including through collusion, arbitrage, or the use of multiple accounts — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 All games offered on the tayaevo Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game's interface. In the event of any conflict between a game's individual rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the individual game rules expressly state otherwise.

6.2 tayaevo uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live-dealer games to ensure fair and random outcomes. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term figures and do not guarantee specific results for individual sessions.

6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, interrupted connection, or system error that affects the outcome of a game round, tayaevo reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account. tayaevo's determination of the correct outcome in such circumstances shall be final and binding.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tayaevo Platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Collusion with other players for the purpose of defrauding the Platform or other players
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported to tayaevo immediately
• Use of the Platform for any money laundering or other illegal financial activity
• Creating or using multiple accounts in violation of Section 3.1
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person
• Any conduct intended to disrupt, harm, or defraud other players or tayaevo

tayaevo reserves the right to immediately suspend any account where prohibited conduct is suspected, pending investigation. If prohibited conduct is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and any balance forfeited.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the tayaevo Platform, including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, trademarks, user interface design, text, and databases, is the exclusive property of tayaevo or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without tayaevo's prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tayaevo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption. tayaevo's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your tayaevo account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming

tayaevo is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion tools to all players. If you believe your gambling is becoming a problem, we strongly encourage you to use these tools and seek support. Players who self-exclude from tayaevo will be prevented from accessing the Platform for the duration of the self-exclusion period. 11. Account Suspension and Closure

tayaevo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or compliance with applicable law or regulatory direction. Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Upon closure of an account for non-breach reasons, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after applicable deductions.

12. Privacy

tayaevo collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 13. Amendments to These Terms

tayaevo reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
